Customs duties
Customs duties
The costs you see during checkout refer only to poster and shipping cost.
They DO NOT include any customs duties that may be incurred in the form of import fees or taxes in a particular location (unless stated otherwise).
TLDR is a small independent company and we don't have the resources to be responsible for these possible costs. They must be paid by you, the buyer.
FAQ
What is your refund policy?
All orders are printed on demand and we therefore do not accept any refunds.
If you placed an order by mistake, you may reach out to shop[a]readtldr.com with your order number, and we'll attempt to cancel and refund your order if it has not been sent to production yet.
See refund policy for more details.
Where do you ship?
Almost anywhere in the world! We work with printers in UK, Netherlands, Australia and the US.
Currently, we do not ship to: Russia, Ukraine or Belarus.
If you live in Ukraine, you might consider using a forwarding service like NP Shopping.
Shipping cost and time will depend on your location and size of your order.
During checkout you'll see the price from our shipping partners.
Do orders ship with tracking?
Tracking availability varies and will depend on the country, product type and shipping method, that have been selected with your order.
Generally budget shipping is untracked and express is tracked (you can check the shipping service when you place the order).
To track your order we provide you with an email and tracking link when your product ships.
How is the artist compensated?
We believe a thriving creative community is essential for the overall Counter-Strike scene.
Not only do we want to support it, by helping artists make it easier to sell their artwork, we also make sure that the artists get a significant amount of profits.
The rest of profits goes to running this webshop and building TLDR Media, where we create free content for fans of Counter-Strike.
